RIVETNOTE / TERMS

Use RivetNote with care for the record.

These terms explain the practical expectations for using RivetNote accounts and workspaces. Creating an account or joining a workspace means you agree to follow them.

Accounts and workspaces

Use an account for yourself and provide information that lets your team recognize you. Workspace owners manage their projects, crews, and invitations. People invited as reviewers can access the workspace information made available to them; they cannot submit field updates through the reviewer role.

Keep your sign-in details private and use RivetNote only through a workspace you are authorized to access. If you believe someone else is using your account, contact RivetNote at the address below.

Jobsite records and uploads

Your team may add project and crew details, start and finish times, rough job-log text, and optional photo or audio files. You are responsible for having the authority to submit those details and files, and for obtaining any permissions your team needs to record or upload them.

Use the workspace for construction records your team is permitted to handle. Do not upload material that you are not allowed to share with the workspace or use the service to disrupt another person’s access.

Review generated work before sharing

Transcripts, photo observations, summaries, daily reports, safety follow-ups, crew-time details, and change-order PDFs may be incomplete or need correction. They are drafts to help organize source information, not a substitute for a person’s judgment or approval.

You and your team are responsible for checking the original note, times, attachments, and draft details. Review and correct a draft before relying on it or sharing it outside the workspace. RivetNote does not automatically approve or send a draft to a client.

Pilot and paid offer

The current pilot is for two weeks, one jobsite, and one crew, with no walkthrough required to start. Create an account at Sign up. The current paid offer, its amounts, and qualifications are described on Pricing and may be reviewed before you choose to proceed.
